Nieuwe G-serie: schroefcompressoren gebouwd om lang mee te gaan
Atlas Copco compressoren hebben altijd de standaard gezet voor betrouwbaarheid en prestaties in de persluchtindustrie met de nieuwe G 2-90. Atlas Copco brengt de kracht en duurzaamheid van een industriële schroefcompressor naar elk type kleine of middelgrote industrie.

 

 

Voordeel:

1) Ingebouwde betrouwbaarheid
• Robuuste schroefcompressortechnologie voor een 100% continu bedrijfscyclus.
• Tot 46°C omgevingstemperatuur dankzij de selectie van robuuste componenten.
• Elektro-pneumatisch bediende inlaatklep voor stabiele werking en een lange levensduur.

 

2) Eenvoudige installatie
• Draadloos concept.
• Meerdere varianten (vloer- en tankmontage, met of zonder geïntegreerde droger) voor volledige flexibiliteit.
• Minimale footprint en koelluchtafvoer van bovenaf maakt plaatsing tegen de muur of in een hoek mogelijk.
 
3) Eenvoudig en snel onderhoud
• Gepatenteerde koeler voor eenvoudige reiniging en onderhoud.
• Gegroepeerde servicepunten toegankelijk via het verwijderbare paneel.
• Spin-on olieafscheider en filter.
 
4) Volwassen aandrijfsysteem
• Erfend volwassen rotorontwerp, hoge betrouwbaarheid.
• Hoogwaardige V-snaar rotatie, hoge efficiëntie, lange levensduur (van toepassing op G 2-22).
• Tandwielaangedreven aandrijflijn op G 30-90 voor ongeëvenaarde betrouwbaarheid en beperkt onderhoud.
• De maximale bedrijfstemperatuur van het standaardmodel is 46℃
 
5) High-tech olievat
• Bescherming tegen oliecontaminatie: extreem lage olie-overslag dankzij het verticale ontwerp van het olievat.
• Extreem lage verliezen van perslucht tijdens de laad/ontlaadcyclus dankzij de geminimaliseerde grootte van het olievat.
